I can’t say enough good things about Bill. I met him 4 years ago when I was coming to the Charleston area and he was so helpful in helping me find a house. It was during the great Covid house buying saga so houses were going quick. I was not in the area, so Bill would drive to the houses and facetime me for a walkthrough. He was always honest during them and I knew he wouldn’t put me in a bad house. Once we found the perfect one, he was quick to write up an offer and we snagged the house. Fast forward 4 years later and it was time to sell and I knew the only realtor I could trust was Bill. The selling process was even easier than the buying process. He talked me through everything before we even listed the house to avoid the emotions that come with such a big step. He was extremely thorough in his explanations and listened to my wants and inputs, not just running me over with what he thought was best. He made the whole process stress and hassle free. Mr. Olson recently represented the sellers of the home that we purchased. We had a very easy, enjoyable experience right up until the day before we closed. The sellers did not vacate the house in time for our final walk through. They did not vacate until the very last minute, and not until after closing documents were signed. Mr. Olson made excuses throughout the day, was inconsistent with information, and was rude to our agent when she questioned the filthy condition of the house before and after the sellers finally drove away. It put a damper on our otherwise happy day. Other agents might have offered to pay for a cleaning service.

Superb Real Estate Agent. Went leaps and bounds over what's required to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and the service I deserved. Went to all scheduled appointments with the Design Center and style of home. Was present during my walkthrough and caught some major items that needed replacing. Also, was at my closing providing guidance on what documents I was signing and what to look for with regards to what documents I signed. Definitely recommended.
