I can’t say enough good things about Bill. I met him 4 years ago when I was coming to the Charleston area and he was so helpful in helping me find a house. It was during the great Covid house buying saga so houses were going quick. I was not in the area, so Bill would drive to the houses and facetime me for a walkthrough. He was always honest during them and I knew he wouldn’t put me in a bad house. Once we found the perfect one, he was quick to write up an offer and we snagged the house. Fast forward 4 years later and it was time to sell and I knew the only realtor I could trust was Bill. The selling process was even easier than the buying process. He talked me through everything before we even listed the house to avoid the emotions that come with such a big step. He was extremely thorough in his explanations and listened to my wants and inputs, not just running me over with what he thought was best. He made the whole process stress and hassle free. Bill is truly the most kind, trustworthy and genuine person and it translates to his characteristics as a realtor. If I could give him more stars, I would.
